Apartment by the Beach by ZZ Architects:
“Existing web site was an old sea facing apartment with private backyard facing the sea. The existing structure necessary a lot of repair. The higher walls of current structure did not sufficiently explore the great view of the Juhu Beach. The challenge was to revamp the complete structure and transform it into a contemporary property.
A progressive couple, extremely nicely traveled. The requirement was to generate a contemporary house that could be visually seamlessly connected to the ocean beyond. AV technology and lighting required to be integrated inside the scheme.
The apartment had to be visually connected to the view beyond. The concrete railings were replaced by laminated glass railings which support in generating an unobstructive really feel of the sea beyond. Big aluminium windows were installed to safeguard the apartment from the heavy ocean winds. The general internal scheme needed to be spartan & muted, with a lot of white, so that the view and all the chosen B&O speakers and furniture could hold its performance in the serene space.
The residence integrates indoor and outside spaces by taking benefit of organic light & coastal breezes, providing its occupants with an inextricable connection to the landscape and surrounding atmosphere. The design and style of this residence is centered around warm colours and luxurious material palette which exudes elegance and sophistication. Whole residence is completed in white Makrana Marble. The Beolab speakers from B&O, integration of lighting and music in automation systems add to the top quality and luxury driven appear and really feel of the residence. A lot of emphasis has been offered on final fit and finish which reflects the inimitable style of ZZ Architects.
