Hazardous Materials.

My daughter Christine had to take a class in hazardous materials because she would be working at an oil rig.

She passed the class and the guys said they were glad she was a medic and they wouldn't need her to give oxygen. Apparently, medics don't do that. It is a good thing since she found it pretty hard to stay upright.

Your cartoons are marvelous, dear Belle! I can envision a new comic series in which Christine travels back in time millions of years and administers first aid to Krag and Draco who were wounded in an altercation with a sabertooth tiger! (LOL) Christine's stint working up north was obviously hard and hazardous and she deserves a lot of credit for doing it. Have a wonderful weekend, dear friend Belle!

"You are dead" and "You are dead" the words we all want to hear in class...NOT! Christine's adventures are addicting so you better plan to keep this up. You are great.

Your cartoons do such a great job of telling her story. What a brave girl she is. I'll look forward to hearing more about her adventures.

I love it when you make these posts and it was cool to hear what one of these hazard classes entails, congratulations to Christine on passing though, that's a big deal behind the funniness of this post!

Thanks so much everyone for your supportive comments. I do love drawing cartoons. Christine did have a three week job up north so I'll be doing that in a cartoon next.

Combine that with an ethnics class and it would be a real killer.

I don't think I'd have a worry-free day if one of my children worked in a place where so many things result in 'you are dead'. It's a good thing they get lots of training.

Love your cartoons.

I love the cartoons. Belle. I have been a bad blog buddy, but I'm trying to get back in the groove and visit all my old buddies.
Take care.
