Accomplishment.

I love to play Hidden Object games. When I have found everything in a room, I feel like I have accomplished something. Why? I don't get it.

I don't like racing games, I don't like games where you run around killing people or dragons; so why do I like hidden object games so much? I'm really not sure. The only thing I can think of is that it is like the satisfaction I get from picking up all the crap in a messy room. A lot of women like hidden object games, maybe because it is a room to clean that the kids won't mess up again!

The other kind of game I like is Match 3 games. And when I think of it, it is similar to hidden object. When you match 3 pictures you take away the color behind it. At the end the board is all cleared of that color. It is like you have cleaned the board off. Whoo Hooo! Doesn't that sound exciting? No? It doesn't to me either.

What I really love is what I said at the beginning. I feel like I've accomplished something important - when all I have really done is waste 2 hours.
