Well, you can't send an email to McDonald's so I phoned them last week. I told them their prices were too high and I wasn't going to go there any more. I was very nice about it and said I wasn't mad. The man said he would pass on what I said to those in the corner offices.
My daughter told me later that McDonald's Cokes were actually cheap compared to other places now. So I went to A&W to get breakfast for my husband and yes, the Cokes were even more: $2.68.
I am now taking Coke with me in the car when I go out, and if I do have to buy a drink I am going to 7-11 where you get it out of a tap for a good price. I am tired of paying so much for everything.
I know this isn't important enough to blog about, but then, you don't know what Coke means to me. I wish I could give it up, but I think they put something besides caffeine in it to hook you. When I try to stop drinking it I feel desperate to have one! What's that all about? I don't feel that way about coffee, even though I like it. But I will admit that I have an addictive personality. Another thing I Must Have is chocolate.
